Return Policy

All orders are furnished on the condition that liability is limited to the replacement of the incorrectly printed order.  If you find any mistakes or have any questions, call us immediately.

Our Return Policy
 

    If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your order, you may return your order to us, Within 14 days of receipt of your order,  and receive a  refund in the amount paid for the merchandise. Please note:  15 % re-stocking fee will be deducted  .

    Specifics:

    • Order must be returned in their original condition; Blank check paper and envelopes must be returned with no markings or other damage.

    • The shipping fee paid by the customer at the time of purchase and the return-shipping fee (what you pay to send us back the order) will not be refunded.

    •  A 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted and will not be refunded.

    • Your refund will be given using the same method as original payment.  (If credit card has been used, you must include your card number as well as the expiration date.)

    • Before returning your merchandise, please notify one of our customer service representatives.  It is required to include a copy of your invoice stating the reason for your return to the following address:
